SCI is proud to announce a search assignment for a Vice President of Underwriting with a leading real estate investor focused on the preservation and enhancement of affordable housing throughout the United States.

The position will oversee underwriting and delivery of affordable multifamily housing loans with a focus on LIHTC properties, managing correspondents and contract underwriters.

Thomas Williams, EVP & COO of SCI, is overseeing the search.
