SCI is happy to announce an new search assignment with one of our major industrial real estate clients for a Vice President of Investments/Market Officer.
Based in Dallas, the role will lead investment strategy for the region, sourcing new opportunities for acquisition and development, analyzing and underwriting transactions, and making strategic decisions for the regional portfolio. The VP will have full support from regional/national teams and have significant equity ownership/deal percentages.
