SCI is excited to announce two new search assignments for a Vice President of Acquisitions (Southeast) and a Vice President of Acquisitions (Southwest) with a diversified real estate investment manager focused on value creation for institutional and individual investors.
The positions will be responsible for the identification, evaluation, underwriting, and successful acquisition of value-add multifamily properties in the assigned regions. These are highly visible leadership roles reporting to the CEO with potential to lead the investment platform in the future.
Daniel Pauletich, Senior Managing Director with SCI, is overseeing both search assignments.
