SCI is excited to announce a new search assignment for a Vice President of Construction Management to join a well-capitalized industrial real estate investment platform with a 20-year history of acquiring and operating warehouse/distribution buildings in key logistics markets on the East Coast.
Based in northern New Jersey, the position will work with various internal departments to lead construction on a variety of project types (capital improvements, tenant driven projects, make-readies, etc.) across a large portfolio of assets.
