SCI is proud to announce a new executive search for an SVP of Construction Management to join a national luxury multifamily development company with nearly four decades of success developing high-end communities across the United States.
The SVP will lead the Construction Management division, focusing on achieving optimal results across multiple projects and regions. This individual will hold ultimate responsibility for project success from bidding/contractor selection through preconstruction, construction and delivery.
SCI Managing Director Craig Friday is overseeing the search, with Managing Director Albert DeMauro performing principal recruiting.
