SCI is happy to announce the placement of a Chief Operating Officer with top regional private homebuilder in a highly desirable and fast growing Southeastern US market.
The COO will assume responsibility for the P&L operations of the company and formulate/execute business strategy. The role is part of the company's succession plan, with the potential to move up to the CEO position.
The search was conducted by SCI Senior Managing Director and homebuilding practice leader James McGuire, who also placed a Controller and Sales Manager with this client in the past six months.
