SCI's multifamily development and construction search activity in Florida continues to increase, with a new search for an EVP of Development in Miami joining current assignments for an EVP of Construction in West Palm Beach, a VP of Development in Tampa, and Development Managers in Boca Raton, Orlando, and Tampa.
Our new search in Miami is part of the succession plan for a developer of garden and mid-rise apartments, and we have been retained to find an executive to help run the company and eventually become COO or CEO. We need someone with a proven track record in creating new development deals while also managing teams and running a business. This is a great opportunity for someone who eventually wants to oversee a company versus just overseeing projects.
