SCI is excited to announce a new search assignment for a VP of Development with a premier owner/developer of upscale active adult multifamily communities.
Reporting to the Partners, this role will oversee development and construction operations as the company deploys the capital funding provided by a major seniors housing REIT to grow its 55+ apartment business into a nationwide platform. The position requires experience in scaling up a development operation.
Senior Managing Director James McGuire is directing the search and Managing Director Eric Lesnock is performing principal recruiting for SCI.
