SCI is pleased to announce a new search assignment for a Vice President of Development to lead multifamily development efforts for a well-capitalized real estate investment and development firm based in Dallas.
The position will be responsible for the full development lifecycle - from sourcing to delivery - and ideal candidates will have a verifiable track record of "round-tripping" multifamily deals coupled with a desire to lead a vertical for a well-established and growing organization.
The search is being overseen by SCI Managing Director Craig Friday, with Managing Director Albert DeMauro conducting principal recruiting.
