SCI is happy to announce the placement of a Vice President of Asset Management with a US commercial real estate investment platform that has raised $9 billion of capital, primarily from institutional investors.
The new hire will oversee a growing portfolio of seniors housing in the Eastern US acquired through the company's core plus healthcare real estate fund, working with internal operations teams and local operating partners to implement business plans and policies.
The hiring follows the successful placement of the position's Western regional counterpart in 2023. Both assignments were conducted by Eric Lesnock, Managing Director and head of SCI's seniors housing search practice.
