SCI is proud to announce the placement of the SVP of Property Management at an entrepreneurial developer with a rapidly growing LIHTC and workforce housing portfolio of nearly 5,000 units throughout the Southeast US.
The new hire is responsible for setting and executing the strategic vision of the company’s recently-launched operations platform, as well as building out a team as the management portfolio undergoes an anticipated expansion to approximately 10,000 units by 2030.
