SCI is incredibly proud to announce the successful placement of three Development Partners with a leading developer and operator of multifamily and build-to-rent communities throughout the Southeast and Sunbelt.
The new hires will oversee the Raleigh, Richmond and Tampa metro regions, bolstering the company's development capacity as it continues leveraging its access to capital to expand its footprint in Southeast core markets.
Craig Friday, Managing Director with SCI, conducted the searches and is currently retained to grow the platform further by recruiting Development Partners in Charlotte and Nashville.
