SCI Announces Placement of Division President - Active Adult Homebuilding

SCI is proud to announce the successful completion of a search for a Division President - Active Adult on behalf of a major master-planned community developer and homebuilder.

The individual hired will be the P&L leader for the current pipeline of Active Adult projects as well as overseeing the continued growth of the business line in preparation for the planned spinoff as a separate division.

James McGuire, Senior Managing Director and Homebuilding Practice Leader with SCI, conducted the search.
