SCI is pleased to announce the placement of a Vice President of Development with an innovative and growing developer, owner, and operator of luxury seniors housing.

This role will execute seniors housing projects in various markets throughout the United States, and will also work with the CEO and other senior team members in the pursuit of new development opportunities.

The placement is SCI's second with the client this year, following a successful search for a Vice President of Acquisitions in the spring. SCI Managing Director Eric Lesnock was responsible for both assignments.
