SCI is very pleased to announce the placements of two Vice Presidents, Capital Market with one of the leading privately-held industrial real estate investment platforms in the US.
The new hires will be responsible for capitalizing industrial real estate acquisition and development deals by managing both the debt and equity funding process for an asset from LOI inception to the final disposition. The roles report to the Chief Investment Officer and have significant exposure to the firm’s executive leadership team, as well as external institutional investment partners.
Originally an engagement for one position, the scope of the assignment changed based on the caliber of candidates recruited by SCI Managing Director Albert DeMauro.
