SCI is pleased to announce the placements of a Development Partner to spearhead the launch of a new office in Florida for a high-net-worth family office.
The new hire will build and head the regional office and be accountable for sourcing and closing new land deals while leading the team toward successfully developing and building 200+ unit podium and garden-style apartments throughout the Southeast.
The search was performed by Daniel Pauletich, SCI Senior Managing Director, who is also conducting an additional assignment for the role's counterpart in the Texas.
