SCI is pleased to announce a new search assignment for an SVP of Capital Markets & Investor Relations with a national multifamily developer and investor.
The SVP will play an integral role in the overall vision and strategy for the company’s growth. This position is responsible for maintaining and augmenting all debt/equity structuring and raising; building and maintaining investor and lender relationships, communication, and capital compliance; and leading the acquisition, refinance, hold, and disposition strategies and execution for the company’s portfolio and individual assets.
