SCI is excited to announce a major multi-position search assignment with a leading Southeastern regional multifamily firm taking advantage of its access to capital to grow its development platform in key strategic markets.

The company seeking to hire Development Partners who share the organization’s entrepreneurial drive and have strong track records of sourcing and executing multifamily projects (garden/wrap/podium) within the following metro regions:

• Atlanta, GA
• Raleigh, NC
• Richmond, VA
• Tampa, FL

These development executives will be supported by the company’s established internal departments, including research, land acquisition, capital markets, pre-construction, prototypical architectural design, general contracting and accounting. Success in these roles provides a clear path towards significant wealth creation.
