SCI is very proud to announce a new executive search for a Senior Vice President of Asset Management on behalf of a leading real estate investor focused on the preservation and enhancement of affordable housing throughout the United States.
The role will lead a team of regional asset management professionals in the development and execution of strategies to drive value creation in a portfolio of nearly 40,000 units representing an investment of over $3.5 billion in debt and equity capital, while also participating as a member of the leadership team guiding the operation of the company.
