SCI is pleased to announce an executive search for an SVP / Head of Construction to join a full-service multifamily firm with a robust development pipeline of projects throughout the Southeast.
The position is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, coordination, and overall delivery of all projects in the region, leading a staff of Project Managers, Superintendents and construction support teams and supported by in-house land development/engineering, pre-construction/estimating, and procurement.
The search is being directed by SCI's Craig Friday, with Daniel Pauletich conducting primary recruiting.
