SCI is excited to announce a new search assignment to recruit an Investment Officer for one of the top industrial and logistics real estate developers and managers in the US.
Already a leader in the asset class, the company is bringing its institutional capital backing to bear and significantly expanding its holdings in supply chain real estate infrastructure, deploying $1.5 billion+ into the sector annually. They are seeking an acquisitions executive with strong relationships in East Coast markets, working in close collaboration with the SVP of Investments and other key leaders, to play a major role in that region's growth. SCI is also conducting a search for an Investment Analyst to join the same team.
