SCI is excited to announce a Vice President of Capital Markets search assignment for a commercial real estate firm with a 50+ year track record of successful development of multiple asset classes in 20 markets around the country.
This individual will assume a leading role in sourcing third-party equity capital and forming longstanding relationships with outside equity sources, primarily focused on high-net-worth individuals, family offices and registered investment advisors.
Eric Lesnock and Nickolas Vuckovich, Managing Directors with SCI, are conducting the search. The assignment is concurrent with two other senior-level searches with this client for a Chief Financial Officer and a Senior Vice President of Development. All of the assignments are being overseen by EVP & Senior Managing Director Thomas Williams.
