SCI is very pleased to be working again with one of the leading privately-held industrial real estate investment platforms in the country, this time to recruit a Vice President, Capital Markets.
The role will be responsible for capitalizing industrial real estate acquisition and development deals by managing both the debt and equity funding process for an asset from LOI inception to the final disposition. The Vice President will report to the Chief Investment Officer and have significant exposure to the firm’s executive leadership team, as well as external institutional investment partners.
