SCI is excited to announce a new search assignment with a prominent privately held New England multifamily real estate owner/developer/operator for a  Senior Vice President of Construction & Capital Projects.

The SVP will play a pivotal role in overseeing extensive renovation and new construction initiatives across the company's entire portfolio of properties, reporting directly to ownerships and joining a dynamic leadership team dedicated to continuous improvement and sustainable growth in the multifamily real estate sector.

Thomas Williams, EVP and COO of SCI, is overseeing the search.
