SCI is excited to announce a retained search for a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions with a diversified real estate investment management and development firm specializing in opportunistic and value-added residential and mixed-use projects.
Reporting to the company's partners, the position will lead capital deployment targeting covered land plays in high-density urban Mid-Atlantic markets with opportunities for rezoning and adaptive reuse, including value-add and core+ class B and C multifamily, underutilized office, distressed hotels and shopping centers, mixed-use investments, and sites for large-scale mixed use urban infill.
SCI Senior Managing Director Daniel Pauletich is overseeing the assignment, one of several current searches on behalf of this client that follow the highly successful fundraising efforts of the company's capital markets team placed by SCI in 2021 (other ongoing searches for the firm include: Vice President of Development; Director of FP&A; Associate Director of Development; and Senior Analyst).
