SCI is please to announce an executive search on behalf of a dynamic, entrepreneurial, master planned community developer and homebuilder for an SVP of Finance in its land group.
The SVP is a member of the land executive leadership team and will have overall responsibility for the finances and implementation of financial strategy, reporting and forecasting as the company grows from 1,000 to 2,000 residential lots per year. The position reports to the President of Land.
James McGuire, Senior Managing Director and head of SCI's Homebuilding Practice, is conducting the search.
