SCI is pleased to announce a new search assignment to recruit the President to lead a private regional homebuilder specializing in move-up product.
The role will be responsible for the company's P&L operations while executing a plan to grow from 200 homes/year to 450-500 by 2023. We are seeking someone who has successfully run a 300+ homes/year division, ideally with a mix of both public and private builder experience.
SCI's homebuilding practice leader and Senior Managing Director James McGuire is leading the search.
