SCI is excited to announce a new search on behalf one of the leading national industrial real estate development platforms for a senior Preconstruction Executive.
The position will play a key role in expanding the company's presence in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest, participating in the planning and build-out of 2-3 million square feet of new warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, and manufacturing space in that region per year.
