SCI is pleased to announce a new executive search for a Managing Director of Development to oversee the Midwest region for a rapidly growing full-service developer of affordable and workforce housing.
Reporting to the company Principals, the Managing Director will create and implement a development strategy for the Midwest region, sourcing new deals, securing LIHTC allocations and closing projects. The position can work remotely from anywhere in the Midwest, travelling to office/projects as needed.
Managing Director Dan Schachter, head of SCI's affordable housing search practice, is conducting the assignment.
