SCI is pleased to announce a new executive search for a Director of Preconstruction on behalf of a luxury multifamily development company with nearly four decades of success developing high-end communities across the United States.
The NYC-based role will oversee all preconstruction work on a national basis, including large scale developments where construction is performed by third-party general contractors and smaller scale projects performed in-house.
SCI Managing Director Albert DeMauro is performing the search, with Managing Director Craig Friday overseeing the assignment.
