SCI is excited to announce a new search for a Director of Land Acquisition to head the land business for a prominent diversified real estate developer and investor in the Mid-Atlantic region.
The new role will leverage the company's strong capitalization to aggressively and creatively pursue a large volume of land acquisitions to support strategies including: developing land for sale to homebuilders, building multifamily properties for their own portfolio, and creating large master-planned communities for long-term development.
