Our client a fully integrated owner/developer/manager of high-quality apartment communities throughout the Southeast that is seeking an executive with a strong business management orientation to oversee its single-family build-to-rent product. This individual will implement the strategic vision of how this platform will grow within the company and will be responsible for the development execution and asset management of the robust project pipeline already in place.
