SCI is very pleased to announce a new executive search assignment for a Development Partner to oversee the Florida region for a major private multifamily developer and investor.
The role will be responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of new development and investment transactions in Florida. The company is gearing up for growth for the next cycle, actively raising a significant fund and expanding through various existing partnerships.
The search is being performed by SCI Managing Director Josh Logelin.
