SCI is happy to announce the placement of a Vice President of Asset Management with a privately-held and fully integrated real estate company that develops, owns, and operates a premier portfolio of properties valued at over $15 billion.
This individual will be primarily responsible for asset managing a region of approximately 25 properties with a value of $4 billion, including two co-investment portfolios held with long-standing institutional investment partners.
