SCI is proud to announce the placement of an SVP of Construction with a national award-winning developer, owner, and operator of Class-A multifamily properties.
The new hire will run the P&L operations of the company's in-house GC, overseeing a team of Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and support staff from pre-construction and/or owner’s representation through substantial completion and warranty.
SCI Senior Managing Director James McGuire conducted the search.
