SCI is happy to announce the completion of a search for a Senior Vice President, Property Operations on behalf of a leading privately-held West Coast-based real estate developer and manager.

The new hire will play a key role in the company's expansion through the establishment of a regional third-party multifamily management platform in the Southeast, leading business development efforts as well as division operating performance.

Thomas Williams, EVP & Senior Managing Director, and Josh Logelin, Managing Director, led the search for SCI.
