SCI is happy to announce the placement of a Managing Director of Capital Markets with an international real estate investor and developer.

The position will have primary responsibility for the financial structuring and funding of joint venture deals with multiple development partners across a range of asset classes associated with a major mixed use master planned project with a 10-15 year buildout.

Daniel Pauletich, Senior Managing Director with SCI, was responsible for the search.
