SCI is pleased to announce the placement of a Director of Compliance at an entrepreneurial affordable housing developer with a rapidly growing portfolio of 5,000 units across the Southeast US.
The role will ensure that the company’s recently launched property operations platform maintains compliance with all Federal, state and local guidelines as it scales to 10,000 units by 2030.
