SCI is proud to announce the placement of a Vice President of Capital Markets with an entrepreneurial developer, owner and operator of multifamily and BTR communities throughout the Southeast.

The new hire is responsible for creating, refining, and executing the company's funding strategy, including new business development, capital raising, fund management, and investor relations.  The role reports to the company's Chief Investment Officer, also an SCI placement.

Craig Friday, SCI Managing Director, oversaw the search assignment.
