SCI is pleased to announce the placement of the Head of Asset Management with a private equity real estate firm with a 20,000+ unit portfolio of multifamily assets nationwide.
The new hire will take the lead role in re-imagining the asset management department, leveraging expertise in deal structuring and asset enhancement to continually generate returns for the company and its institutional and private investment partners.
SCI Managing Director Craig Friday performed the search, and is currently conducting an assignment for a Head of Acquisitions with the same client.
