REAL (Real Estate Aspiring Leaders) was founded with a core mission and philosophy in mind: to connect the next generation of leaders in commercial real estate by fostering new, meaningful relationships among advancing, like-minded professionals who strive for excellence in their careers. REAL aims to provide its members with a strong network and knowledge base by creating private yet casual forums in which members can discuss market conditions and key developments in their disciplines, and most importantly, naturally form relationships that will grow into successful, lasting business partnerships. REAL’s core membership consists of rising professionals who excel in their respective roles in real estate development, acquisitions, debt and equity investment, capital markets, investment sales and commercial leasing disciplines.
