SCI is very happy to announce a new search assignment to recruit a Vice President of Acquisitions for a well-recognized and sophisticated diversified commercial real estate investor, developer, and operator.
This position will lead acquisitions and capital transactions efforts for one of the company's primary operating regions, sourcing new multifamily and office deals and developing other business opportunities. Reporting to the SVP of the region, the role will work in close collaboration with other investment, asset management, accounting, leasing, and property management executives in the company.
The search is being coordinated by SCI Managing Director Eric Lesnock and Managing Director Albert DeMauro is performing principal recruiting.
