SCI is excited to announce a new search assignment for a Vice President/Director of Asset Management with a diversified real estate investment management and development firm specializing in opportunistic and value-added residential and mixed-use projects.
The role will be responsible for a growing portfolio of mixed asset properties, proactively directing and overseeing third party property managers and leasing agents and working with the firm's principals and in-house teams to create and execute the plans for each asset.
