SCI is happy to announce the placement of a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions with an internationally based diversified real estate investment firm.
The new hire will help the company deploy $300M in equity from a newly established fund through the acquisition of value-add multifamily properties across high-growth markets in the US, overseeing the full lifecycle of investment deals from evaluation to closing.
