SCI is proud to announce a search assignment with one of the most sophisticated and well-regarded developers of affordable housing for a Vice President of Development to further expand its national footprint.

The role is responsible for identifying and pursuing affordable housing development opportunities across select markets in the Southeast US, with a focus on LIHTC deals.

The search is being performed by Dan Schachter, Managing Director with SCI.
