SCI is pleased to announce that we have been retained by a major national developer of apartment communities to recruit a President to lead their in-house general contracting arm.
The role will be responsible for the P&L operations of a $300 million construction company, overseeing multiple VPs building wood frame product (6+ new starts /year). This is a fantastic opportunity to advance beyond being a Regional head for a merchant builder and run a general contracting business.
