SCI is proud to announce the placement of an Senior Vice President - Asset Management with an industrial outdoor storage operating platform backed by a major private equity investor.
Due to the rapid growth of the company's IOS portfolio ($600mm+ acquired in four years) and a further goal of tripling its asset base over a similar timeframe, SCI was retained to conduct a very senior-level asset management professional to lead the existing team in overseeing the portfolio.
The search — the eighth assignment for the client — was successfully completed by Managing Director and industrial practice leader Albert DeMauro.
