SCI is proud to announce the successful placement of a new President to lead the in-house general contracting arm of a prominent national developer of apartment communities.
The newly appointed President will oversee the full profit and loss operations of a $300 million construction company. This leadership role includes managing multiple Vice Presidents and driving the development of wood-frame multifamily projects, with over six new construction starts annually.
The executive search was led by James McGuire, Senior Managing Director at SCI.
