The company engaged SCI to recruit a senior development executive to oversee a master-planned community incorporating traditional architecture with New Urbanist principles. At buildout, the 4,800-acre community will be home to over 30,000 residents and include active adult, golf course, multifamily and retail developments.
SCI recruited a vice president responsible for master-planned community development projects from a Top 10 homebuilding company.
