SCI was retained by the company to recruit a senior development executive responsible for the continued build-out of a 7,000-acre health and wellness lifestyle community. In addition to the active construction of a medical village comprising more than $2 billion worth of clinical, education and research space, the project has approved entitlements for residential and retail units, hotel resort/villas, office space, and light industrial.
